About

Specialist IT consultancy.
Locally owned and operated.

Inetvision is a 100% Australian-owned IT consultancy based in Melbourne, serving small and mid-sized businesses throughout Australia. We bring the operational standards used at enterprise scale and adapt them appropriately for organisations without the time or budget for traditional consulting engagements.

Why we exist

The IT partner Australian SMBs actually need.

Inetvision was established to address a specific gap in the Australian market. Small and mid-sized businesses generating $5 million to $50 million in revenue are typically too small to justify a dedicated IT team — yet sufficiently complex to require disciplined, documented operations.

The available alternatives have historically been unsatisfactory. Large managed-service providers treat SMBs as low-priority accounts. Local break-fix providers operate reactively and produce minimal documentation. Cloud consultancies often structure engagements that suit enterprise budgets rather than SMB realities.

Inetvision was built to a different model: a specialist consultancy that brings enterprise operational standards — documented architectures, established reference frameworks, transparent reporting — adapted appropriately for businesses with 10 to 150 staff. The result is enterprise capability without enterprise overhead.

If that aligns with the partner you have been seeking, we welcome a conversation.

How we operate

Four operating principles.

These principles shape how every engagement is structured, delivered, and reported. If any one of them slips, clients are encouraged to raise it directly.

01

Clarity over jargon

Recommendations, proposals, and reports are written in language that non-technical leaders can understand and act on. Technical detail is available on request — not the default unit of communication.

02

Evidence over claims

Specific systems, defined outcomes, measurable results. Marketing language such as "industry-leading" or "cutting-edge" is avoided. Every recommendation is supported by a clear rationale and acknowledged trade-offs.

03

Standards over invention

Where established reference architectures and best-practice frameworks exist, we follow them. Custom solutions are reserved for genuinely unique requirements. Most SMB challenges have well-documented solutions worth applying.

04

Local presence, global discipline

Inetvision is based in Melbourne and serves Australian businesses in Australian time zones. Delivery methodology and documentation standards reflect the disciplines used by global firms.

The business

100% Australian-owned. Locally operated.

Inetvision is privately Australian-owned, headquartered in Melbourne, and services small and mid-sized businesses throughout Australia. All client engagements are delivered by qualified engineers operating from Australian time zones — there is no offshore handoff and no anonymous ticket queue.

Ownership and structure

Privately Australian-owned and operated. Trading as Inetvision; the legal entity is INETVISION ATF Xplusone Trust (ABN 83 250 119 395). No overseas parent, no investor reporting lines that compete with client priorities.

Location and reach

Headquartered in Melbourne with clients across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and beyond. On-site visits available within metropolitan Melbourne; remote delivery for clients throughout Australia.

Hours and availability

Standard support hours are 8am to 6pm AEST, Monday to Friday. After-hours and 24/7 coverage available under contracted service-level agreements. All hours are Australian time zones.

Credentials and accreditations

Active certifications across AWS (Solutions Architect, Advanced Networking), Microsoft Azure, Cisco (CCNP), and VMware (VCP). Aligned with the ASD Essential Eight and CIS Controls for security engagements.

How Inetvision differs

A commercial model built around the client.

Consumption-based pricing

Pricing reflects the services you actually use, not headcount alone. Smaller businesses typically pay less than they would with traditional MSP per-seat models, and engagements scale appropriately as the business grows.

No long-term lock-in

Contracts are limited to twelve months maximum with thirty days' notice. Inetvision re-earns each engagement through delivery quality — not contractual constraint.

Complete documentation

Every environment under management is fully documented: runbooks, architecture diagrams, account inventories, change history. If priorities ever change, the next provider receives a complete handover.

Honest scope boundaries

When a requirement falls outside our specialist areas, we will say so and refer clients to qualified specialists. We do not stretch our capabilities to retain work that is better delivered elsewhere.
