Services

Four core services.
One accountable partner.

Inetvision delivers four service lines. Each can be engaged independently or combined into a fully integrated managed engagement. All are delivered following established reference architectures and industry best practices — adapted appropriately for SMB operations rather than imposed from an enterprise template.

Managed IT

Comprehensive day-to-day operations.

Comprehensive management of your day-to-day technology operations. Inetvision provides 24/7 monitoring, a single point of contact for support, scheduled patching against documented change windows, and full lifecycle management for users and devices — all delivered against a fixed monthly fee.

In scope

  • Helpdesk for your team via phone, email, or self-service portal
  • Endpoint management for laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
  • Scheduled patching against documented change windows
  • 24/7 system monitoring with escalation to an engineer on call
  • Vendor management — coordination with telecommunications, SaaS, and hardware suppliers
  • Onboarding and offboarding workflows for new and departing staff
  • Regular service reviews covering incidents, performance, and recommendations

Typical outcomes

  • Predictable monthly investment with no unbudgeted costs
  • Reduced incident frequency through proactive monitoring and patching
  • Complete audit trail of every ticket, change, and incident
  • A fully documented environment that supports continuity if priorities change

Not in scope

  • Discrete project work — migrations, deployments, and architecture work are scoped separately under Solution Design
  • Application development or custom software

Cloud

Architecture, migration, and operations.

Cloud architecture, migration, and ongoing operations across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. Inetvision is vendor-neutral on platform selection — we recommend the cloud that fits your workload, compliance requirements, and team capabilities, not the platform that maximises partner incentives. All deployments follow established reference architectures and the AWS, Microsoft, and Google well-architected frameworks.

In scope

  • Cloud migrations: on-premises to cloud, cloud to cloud, and hybrid configurations
  • Architecture reviews against well-architected framework principles
  • Cost optimisation — typical reduction of 20-40% following review and rightsizing
  • Ongoing operations: monitoring, patching, scaling, and incident response
  • Backup, disaster recovery design, and periodic restoration testing
  • Identity and access management — single sign-on, MFA, least-privilege role design

Platforms supported

  • Amazon Web Services (Solutions Architect and Advanced Networking certified)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform
  • VMware-based private and hybrid cloud environments

Not in scope

  • Proprietary lock-in. All environments are documented to a standard that supports transfer to another provider.
  • Reseller margin on cloud consumption. Inetvision bills for time, not for your cloud spend.

Solution Design

Independent assessment and design.

Independent technology assessment, vendor selection, and architecture design. Inetvision conducts requirements workshops, documents the current state, and produces written architecture briefs that you retain ownership of. The recommendations reflect what suits your business — not which vendor offers the best partner programme.

In scope

  • Technology assessments documenting current state and gaps
  • Vendor selection — shortlists, scorecards, demonstration coordination, reference verification
  • Architecture briefs documented to a standard suitable for any qualified implementation partner
  • Migration plans with detailed rollback procedures and contingencies
  • Pre-implementation reviews for ERP, CRM, or business platform changes
  • Capability briefings for boards and non-technical executive teams

Typical outcomes

  • A written design document retained by your business, suitable for use with any provider
  • Realistic budget ranges and timelines established before procurement commitments
  • A clear recommendation with documented trade-offs and alternatives
  • Informed engagement with vendors, rather than reliance on their sales process

Not in scope

  • Reseller margin on hardware or software purchased as a result of our recommendations
  • Reports without a recommendation. Every engagement concludes with a clear position.

Security

Pragmatic security operations.

Pragmatic security operations for organisations that require credible protection without an enterprise security budget. Inetvision aligns deployments with the ASD Essential Eight and CIS Controls — the same foundational frameworks used at scale — implemented appropriately for SMB environments. The focus is on the practical controls that meaningfully reduce risk.

In scope

  • External security assessments aligned with the Essential Eight and CIS Controls
  • Identity hardening — MFA enforcement, conditional access policies, privileged account separation
  • Email security — SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration and phishing simulation
  • Endpoint protection design, deployment, and policy management
  • Monitoring and managed detection for identity, endpoints, and cloud workloads
  • Incident response — documented playbooks, tabletop exercises, and contact escalation
  • Audit-ready documentation for cyber insurance and compliance requirements

Typical outcomes

  • A written assessment with risks ranked by likelihood and impact
  • A prioritised remediation roadmap with clear short, medium, and long-term actions
  • Regular check-ins to track remediation progress and emerging threats
  • Compliance documentation suitable for cyber insurance, ISO 27001 alignment, or board reporting

Not in scope

  • Full enterprise SIEM and 24/7 SOC engagements. Where these are required, we will refer you to specialist providers.
  • Penetration testing. Inetvision coordinates engagements with accredited penetration testers; we do not perform testing in-house.
